This License Info page explains the basic usage rules for digital products purchased from ThemeGO. Each product may also include its own license terms from the seller or author.

General License Rules

• Purchased products are provided as digital downloads.
• You may use a purchased product according to the license terms provided with that product.
• You must not resell, redistribute, leak, share, or upload purchased files to other marketplaces unless the product license clearly allows it.
• You must not claim another seller’s product as your own work.
• You must not use products for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Single Product Use

Unless a product page or license file says otherwise, a purchased product is intended for use by the buyer only. For multiple client projects, commercial redistribution, or extended usage, contact the product author or ThemeGO support.

Seller License Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to sell all submitted products. Products must not contain stolen, copied, nulled, cracked, or unauthorized content.

Refund and Download Access

Because products are digital downloads, refund eligibility may be limited after download access is granted. Manual payment downloads require admin approval. API payment downloads may unlock automatically after successful payment verification.

Third-Party Assets

Some products may include third-party libraries, icons, images, fonts, scripts, or frameworks. Buyers and sellers must follow the license terms of those third-party assets.

License Changes

ThemeGO may update this License Info page when marketplace rules or product usage requirements change. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated rules.
