3. Buyer Rules

When buying a product from ThemeGO, you agree that:

You are responsible for checking the product details before purchase
Digital products are delivered electronically
Download access may be granted after payment approval
Manual payments require admin verification
You will not request private login passwords through the website
You will not misuse downloaded files
You will not resell, redistribute, leak, or share purchased files unless the license allows it

4. Seller / Author Rules

To become a seller, users may need to submit an author application. ThemeGO may approve or reject seller applications at its discretion.

Sellers agree that:

They own or have legal rights to sell submitted products
Submitted products must not contain stolen, nulled, malicious, copied, or illegal content
Product descriptions, images, demo links, prices, versions, and compatibility details must be accurate
Uploaded ZIP files must not include malware, spam code, backdoors, or harmful scripts
Products may be reviewed before publication
ThemeGO may approve, reject, edit, unpublish, or remove products if needed

Sellers are responsible for the quality, legality, and support of their submitted products.

5. Product Approval

Submitted products may be held for admin review before appearing on the website.

ThemeGO may reject or remove products that:

Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
Contain malware or unsafe code
Include misleading information
Are low quality or incomplete
Break marketplace rules
Violate applicable laws
Harm users or the website

Approval does not mean ThemeGO guarantees the product’s performance, quality, or legality.

6. Payments

ThemeGO may support both manual and API-based payment methods, including but not limited to:

Stripe
Binance
Payoneer
Bank transfer
Other available methods

For manual payments, buyers may need to submit:

Payment method
Transaction ID
Payment proof screenshot or PDF

Orders may remain pending until admin approval.

ThemeGO is not responsible for incorrect payment details submitted by users.

7. Manual Payment Approval

Manual payment orders are reviewed by the administrator.

ThemeGO may approve or reject a payment if:

Payment proof is valid or invalid
Transaction ID is correct or incorrect
Payment amount matches or does not match
Payment is received or not received
Suspicious activity is detected

Download access is only provided after order approval.

8. Seller Balance, Commission, and Withdrawals

When a seller’s product is sold, ThemeGO may deduct a marketplace commission before adding the remaining amount to the seller’s balance.

Sellers may request withdrawals according to the available withdrawal system.

ThemeGO may approve, reject, or delay withdrawal requests if:

Seller balance is insufficient
Payment details are incorrect
Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected
A buyer dispute is open
The seller violated marketplace rules

Commission rates, payout rules, and withdrawal methods may change at any time.

9. Digital Downloads

After a successful purchase and approval, buyers may receive access to download the purchased product.

Users agree not to:

Share download links publicly
Resell purchased files without permission
Upload purchased files to other marketplaces
Distribute products for free
Use products for illegal purposes
Claim someone else’s product as their own

ThemeGO may restrict download access if misuse is detected.

10. Refund Policy

Because ThemeGO sells digital downloadable products, refunds may be limited.

Refunds may not be provided if:

The product has already been downloaded
The buyer changed their mind
The buyer purchased the wrong product
The buyer lacks the technical ability to use the product
The issue is caused by third-party hosting, plugins, themes, or server setup

A refund may be considered if:

The product is completely non-functional
The product is significantly different from its description
Duplicate payment was made
Payment was received but download access was not provided
Admin determines the refund request is valid

Final refund decisions are made by ThemeGO.

11. Product Support

Product support may depend on the seller, product type, and product description.

ThemeGO does not guarantee lifetime support for all products.

Support may not include:

Custom development
Installation services
Third-party plugin conflicts
Server configuration
Personal customization
Fixing issues caused by user modifications

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, website design, text, graphics, and marketplace systems belong to ThemeGO unless stated otherwise.

Products uploaded by sellers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Users may not copy, clone, reproduce, resell, or misuse ThemeGO’s website design, marketplace system, branding, or content without permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Upload malware or harmful code
Sell stolen, nulled, cracked, or pirated products
Create fake orders or fake reviews
Abuse the payment system
Attempt to hack the website
Scrape or copy marketplace data
Harass buyers, sellers, or admins
Submit false information
Use ThemeGO for illegal activities
Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws

ThemeGO may suspend or permanently ban users who violate these rules.
